Past and Current Service Projects

Sunflower volunteer activities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing supplies for schools in Iraq and Afghanistan called "Help Us Learn...Give Us Hope".

• Raising the Metcalf Avenue of Flags on Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Labor Day, July 4th, and Veterans Day.

• Man a water station during the Olathe Marathon in April for the past three years.

• Provided financial support ($155.00) to a disabled veteran.

• Provided $400.00 in support of our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan
